1. How long does delivery take?

We offer fast and reliable shipping across the UK and internationally. Orders are usually delivered within 1–3 business days after dispatch within the UK. International delivery times vary by destination and will be shown at checkout.

Orders placed before our daily cut-off time (5:00 p.m. GMT) are typically processed the same day.


2. Can I return a product?

Due to the perishable and hygienic nature of beverages, all sales are final once shipped.

However, if you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package. We'll be happy to help with a replacement or refund if the issue is valid.


3. How should I store the drinks?

To preserve flavor, quality, and freshness, we recommend storing your drinks:

  • Away from direct sunlight and heat

  • Some energy drinks may benefit from refrigeration for best taste
