1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
2. Shipping & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on the weight and destination.

Please note that actual delivery times may vary depending on your location and external factors.
3. Shipping Areas
We currently ship within Sweden.
If your region has restrictions due to local laws or courier limitations, you will be notified at checkout.
For special delivery requests or wholesale inquiries, please contact our support team.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number.
You can track your package via PostNord.
5. Shipping Issues
Incorrect Address:
Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order. Nordic Refreshments is not responsible for deliveries sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Damaged Packages:
If your package is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please email us at contact@nordicrefreshment.com within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.
We will assist in resolving the issue as quickly as possible.
6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Nordic Refreshments is not responsible for any customs delays or additional taxes and duties that may apply. These are the responsibility of the recipient.
