5 Things to Know Before Your First Wholesale Drink Order
Dela
Placing a wholesale order for functional drinks for the first time is exciting — and can be overwhelming. Here are five things every new buyer should understand before committing to their first pallet.
1. Understand Your Incoterm Before You Pay
Your incoterm determines who pays for freight, insurance, and customs. EXW means you collect and manage everything from our Skövde warehouse. DDP means we handle delivery to your door. Know which applies to your quote before confirming, and budget accordingly.

2. Pallet Quantities Drive Your Unit Economics
Ordering less than a full pallet can cost significantly more per unit. Whenever possible, optimise your first order to full pallet quantities — you'll get better pricing and make more efficient use of freight space.

3. You'll Need a Proforma Invoice Before You Transfer
We issue a proforma invoice for every order. It's not a demand for payment — it's a document confirming exactly what you're buying, at what price, on what terms. Review it carefully and only transfer funds once you're satisfied with everything on it.

4. Check Your Country's Regulatory Requirements
Within the EU, our products comply with all applicable food safety regulations. For markets outside the EU — UK, US, Australia, etc. — you may need to verify caffeine content limits, labelling requirements, or import licences before your first shipment arrives. Regulatory surprises at customs are expensive.

5. Start With Bestsellers, Not Full Range
It's tempting to order everything on the first shipment. We recommend starting with proven bestsellers — Carnival and Focus Cola for NOCCO, Defence and Elevate for Vitamin Well, Caffe Caramello for Barebells. Once you've established what your customers love, expand the range.
