Best Barebells Milkshake Flavours Ranked 2026

But which flavour should you reach for? Here's our definitive ranking.

1. Caffè Caramello — The Undisputed Champion

Caramel coffee flavour, creamy texture, 24g protein. Caffè Caramello is routinely cited as the best-selling and most-loved Barebells milkshake for good reason. It tastes like a dessert without any of the guilt. If you only try one, make it this one.

2. Cookies & Cream

A rich, chocolate-vanilla blend that tastes genuinely close to a real Oreo milkshake. Deeply satisfying post-workout. Close to the top spot — some people prefer this over Caffè Caramello.

3. Strawberry

Lighter and fresher than the other two. A great option if you find chocolate-based flavours too heavy after training. The strawberry flavour is natural-tasting without being artificial or overly sweet.

4. Chocolate

Classic chocolate protein shake executed well. Not as interesting as Caffè Caramello or Cookies & Cream, but reliable and consistently enjoyable. A solid everyday option.

5. Banana

A divisive one — banana flavour tends to polarise. If you like banana protein products, you'll love it. If you don't, you won't. Worth trying if banana is your thing.

The Nutritional Case for Barebells

• 24g of protein from milk and whey
• 2–3g of sugar

That's a serious protein hit in a convenient, ready-to-drink format — no mixing, no shaker, no mess.
